Appears website is no longer functioning but is still accepting payments. Affiliated sites Shoemint.com and Stylemint.com also appear to no longer work. I placed an order (#: [protected]) in the amount of $97.39 ($79.98 “credit” + $17.41 payment) on September 7 but didn”t receive an order confirmation. I checked my account history on September 12 and noted the status was “In Processing” and was slated for delivery on or about September 21 per the tracking detail however it never arrived. I sent an email to [protected]@jewelmint.com on September 23 to inquire about the status and received a Zendesk auto-response saying that I would receive a personal response within 2-3 business days. After not receiving any response, I called the [protected] number, but the voice message said the “account is not active.” The company also operates under Stylemint and Shoemint, so I tried called those customer service numbers as well. I checked the company”s social sites and a few other customers are complaining of the same issue as well.
