Almost 2 weeks ago I placed an order online through KFL. I paid for 3 pieces. I received my order but 1 of the 3 pieces was incorrect. I ordered a 2 sweat pants and a Nike Windrunner for toddlers. Upon receiving my order. I open the box and see the 2 pants and the hoody. The problem was KFL send me a fleece hoody instead of a windrunner- same size (4t). The invoice shows all order scu numbers. 2 are crossed out, but the windrunner is highlighted. The scu for the fleece hoody KFL shipped is not on the invoice. The back of the invoice states all the instructions for returns/ exchanges, in store and if I choose to send it by mail. I chose to go to a nearby store for an exchange only to be told that the item doesn”t scan therefore I wouldn”t be able to get an exchange or refund. Thankfully, an associate at the 3rd attempted store helped me. I was refunded. The inconvenience is the time taken to visit 3 stores, 2 of which sadly, turned me away.
