After several ridiculous excuses for delaying the shipment They fail in shiping the whole ORDER. Later on, even when they admited they did not have in stock the missed items at the moment of the shipment they refused to refund. Since English is not my primary language, the store manager, Rob, made fun of my lack of communition skills and made me waste a lot of time with several imprecise emails
