I needed a solution to a technical question for a scenario in a class I took, I found a question already asked that addressed the scenario, and as a guest it showed the appearance of that question being answered but you had to pay and sign up to view it. I payed $20 and signed up only to find that not only was the question not answered at all but it was no longer active and got a notification saying I was viewing an archived question which didn’t show when I was a guest. | When I requested a refund I kept getting excuses, requests for my bank statement, then told to wait until it was no longer pending in my bank status even though the funds were removed immediately, then when it was finalized they wanted the bank statement again proving it, when showed they told me that they would work on a resolution and would get back to me when they had one and to be patient. None of it made any sense, the resolution was simple, I paid for a serviced not rendered, I demanded a refund. | Many reviews online I wish I saw prior show this to be a repeated pattern, I honestly don’t know how they are legitamately still running. There is a history of borderline fraudulent and scam like behavior towards customers and apparently employees like tutors as well. has many examples of this, Better Business Bureau has a report, and many other reputable places.
